11/15/22 Mrs. Moore's classes have been engaged in a novel study of the book, The Hunger Games. After finishing the novel, students participated in an activity where the last tribute standing survived! They had a certain amount of time to gather supplies and had to answer questions and riddles from the books with the supplies they received in order to keep going or survive. The students enjoyed reading the book and participating in their own version of the games.

11/09/22 Tara Wilburn and Barrett Lewis are the winners of the Digital Citizenship Challenge in the PJHS Library for the month of October. They received free snacks for prizes and lunch in the library with friends! Great job on being a good digital citizen! #beaWarrior

11/08/22 Each year our student council raises money for the Angel Tree as a service project. Purchase a feather for your favorite PJHS teacher or staff member to help!

11/08/22 Tryouts for the 2022-2023 Boys and Girls Golf Team will be Wednesday, November 16 @ Pontotoc Country Club. Transportation will not be provided. Anyone wishing to try out will need an updated physical or an account with DragonFly. Tryouts will begin around 3:45 PM.

10/31/22 Our students did an amazing job with this year’s door contest! Each 1st-period class was challenged with creating an original design that reflected an anti-drug/bullying message.

10/31/22 Last week was Red Ribbon Week 2022 and we want to thank all of our students and teachers for participating in supporting healthy, drug-free lifestyles. We hope that our students have thought about the true meaning of this year's theme: "Celebrate Life. Live Drug-Free." - and how making healthy choices will help them achieve their goals in life - while having fun in the process.

10/31/22 Mrs. Ruth's Classes had fun carving pumpkins for Halloween! Each class got to choose their design, and carve their very own pumpkin to take home.

10/26/22 Mrs. Sloan’s class enjoyed cutting out and putting on the door decorations for Red Ribbon Week. All the students participated in the decorating process.
