(5.16) Our PJH student body, faculty and central office administration gathered to celebrate (and surprise) Dr. Peel in honor of her retirement. Mrs. Holmes’ Web Design class has been working very hard this semester putting together a Google site that included pictures, quotes, songs and video testimonials where students and staff told some of their favorite stories involving Dr. Peel. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the video to make it a success! We want to give a special thank you to Mrs. Holmes, Bradley, Alison, Ingrid, Aubrie, Joslyn, Shawn, Chris, Kye, Preston, Camila, Tiyah, Conner and Kameron for a job well done! And of course, thank you Dr. Peel for everything you’ve done for PJHS! We wish you the very best on your retirement! 💛🖤

(5.8) Tim Cannon, a musician from Muscle Shoals, AL came and talked to Mrs. Holmes’ Cyber Foundations II students about life as a musician. Topics included pursuing your dreams, being humble, and making responsible decisions. He also talked about the song writing process, how to move past the stumbling blocks and visualize the process. Our students really enjoyed the guest speaker and his music (he even took some requests)!
