Kaleb Showers was our Warrior Recognition winner for the 1st 9-weeks. Kaleb and his two friends, Simon Butler and Courtland Pass, enjoyed lunch off campus at the restaurant of their choice!

Mrs. Anderson's 8th grade science classes used candy to model DNA mutations. Looks like the students had a lot of fun!

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. PJHS counseling intern, Whitney Crank, wrote an article with some helpful information.

8th grade ELA teacher, Ms. Harvey, received the district's Instructional Award for the months of August and September.

Mrs. McKnight's class had a fun time playing spoons as they reviewed for their upcoming benchmark test!

Mrs. Russell’s 8th grade math class played a target review game. Students competed for the most points by answering a set of math questions and then throwing a ball at a target of values. There are some future baseball and softball stars in 8th grade!

Our warriors enjoyed their cross country meet this past weekend in Tupelo for the Tupelo Invitational. The junior high top 7 girls were: Sami Bond, Ava Whiteside, Sara Campos, Claire Gravat, Meredith Farley, Lillyen Harbin, and Taylor Duggar. The top 7 boys were: Cameron Braxton, Luis Moreno, Adriel Coh, Dayn Wilson, Samuel Aguilar, Noah Parmer, and Roman Lee. Congrats to our PJHS Warriors!
