Pontotoc Junior High will be hosting the annual talent show on December 21, 2021. Students who are interested in participating should sign up in the office on November 29-30.

Over 160 students had perfect attendance for the end of October and the beginning of November, and over 40 students earned a chance to win an attendance prize! 11-16-21

Students in Mrs. Russell’s room took turns being the teacher. They love showing what they know! 11-15-21

This group of young ladies was the toughest group of the night. They all looked absolutely beautiful and we are so glad to have them all representing PJHS!

Mrs. Sloan’s class enjoyed learning about Veteran’s Day. They made flags and poppies, and they also decorated thank you cards for soldiers.

Mrs. Anderson’s 6th-period class enjoyed some fresh air today…some days we all need a little change of scenery to be successful!

We are so excited to welcome author, Mrs. Patricia Neely-Dorsey, to PJHS on November the 19th!

Mrs. McKnight asked her class the following question - “Do we control technology or does it control us?” Students then summarized their responses in one word and submitted their responses online. Their word bubbles have been interesting to see!

We had some great entries in this year’s RRW Door competition. Classes were asked to use an anti-drug or bullying message in their theme. Winners will receive a donut party for their first period!

We had 11 students nominated for recognition at PJHS this past week! Way to go, Warriors!
