Mrs. Moore's Class
Students in Mrs. Moore’s room listen along as City of Ember plays on audiobook. Last week, students mimicked the “assignment day” scene in chapter one and each drew a “job.” After making predictions about what their job might entail, students began recording text evidence about their job responsibilities as they listened to the first two chapters of the book. At the end of the book, students will decide if the job they drew was what they predicted it would be and if it would be one they would like to have in real life.
