9/19/22 Students in Mrs. Ruth’s Art class learn about blind contours and how to start thinking like an artist.

9/19/22 Mrs. Slay and Mrs. Anderson’s 8th grade science classes used cookies to model mitosis for today’s activity. The students couldn’t wait to eat their work!

9/12/22 Students participated in Homecoming Week by dressing up for each decade starting with the 70s up to the 2000s. Click on the link for more pictures of each day!

9/16/22 Students in Coach Thompson’s class visited the library yesterday! All students rotate through the library every two weeks to check out books. Mrs. Cooper, our librarian, does a great job getting students excited about library visits.

9/13/22 It was a great night in the Hollow for PJHS Homecoming 2022!

9/09/22 Jeremy Maxey, Deputy Chief of the Pontotoc Fire Department, spoke to our 7th and 8th History classes today about the tragic events of September 11, 2001. After learning about these events in class this week, our students had the opportunity to experience a small fraction of how hard the job must have been for our first responders that day.
